Nima was raised and educated in the Mediterranean island of Mallorca (Spain). His photographic experiences began with his first manual 35mm camera he purchased in the early 1990’s. During his college years, he enjoyed landscape, nature and travel photography. His prized possessions from his travels were not articles purchased abroad, but photographs which told the stories of the different lands.
Over time, his “other” professional career led him to an enjoyment of the more humanistic aspect of photography: weddings. “Weddings are my passion! Each wedding is as unique as the couple’s personalities. My job is to not only creatively capture a most memorable day-the beginning between a newly married husband and wife-but to document the day’s cherished moments unfolding between the couple which truly reveal their feelings for each other.
Nima sincerely believes that wedding photography is an art form. His outstanding creativity incorporates both traditional and photojournalistic approaches of the wedding day. “I don’t like to define my photography by styles. My goal is to photograph the wedding by sharing the couple’s vision through the camera”.
Nima currently is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
